Return & Exchange Policy
Dispatch & Delivery: Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours and usually delivered within 4–5 working days.
Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligibility Window: Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 72 hours of receiving the parcel will not be accepted.
Return/Exchange Charges: A ₹150 fee applies to cover pickup and handling.
If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to courier the item back to us. (A valid courier receipt will be required for processing.)
Refunds: After deducting applicable charges, the balance amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 10–15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
